Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high-volume releases or special drops, processing times may be extended. If delays occur, you’ll be notified by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (USA): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

Items marked as pre-order will ship on the date listed in the product description.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately at our discretion.

International Duties & Taxes

For international customers, duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout unless stated otherwise.

Shipping Address Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, or uncontrollable events

If there’s an address error, contact us immediately. Once an order ships, address changes are not guaranteed.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us with photos within 48 hours.
For lost packages, reach out to us and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
