Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

1. Pre-Order Definition

A pre-order is an advance purchase of a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment. Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page with an estimated ship date.

2. Estimated Ship Dates

  • The ship date displayed on the product page is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date
  • We will make every effort to ship your pre-order on or before the estimated date
  • Actual ship dates may vary due to manufacturing delays, shipping disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances
  • We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays to your pre-order shipment

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time you place your pre-order
  • Your payment method will be charged immediately upon order confirmation
  • Pre-order items are processed as regular purchases and follow our standard payment processing procedures

4. Cancellations & Modifications

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the item ships
  • To cancel, contact our customer service team at lostkids.apparel@gmail.com with your order number
  • Refunds for cancelled pre-orders will be processed within 5-10 business days

Store-Initiated Cancellations:

  • We reserve the right to cancel pre-orders if the product becomes unavailable
  • In such cases, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method
  • We are not liable for any consequential damages resulting from pre-order cancellations

Modifications:

  • Changes to shipping addresses, quantities, or product selections must be made before the item ships
  • Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your pre-order

5. Shipping Information

  • Pre-order items will ship separately from in-stock items
  • If you order both pre-order and in-stock items together, your order may be split into multiple shipments
  • You will receive tracking information via email once your pre-order ships
  • Standard shipping rates and delivery times apply once the item ships

6. Product Specifications

  • Product details, features, and specifications are subject to change prior to manufacture
  • Final products may differ slightly from images or descriptions on the website

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Pre-order items are subject to our standard return and exchange policy once received
  • The return window begins on the date you receive the item, not the date of purchase

8. No Guaranteed Availability

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from pre-orders will be handled according to our standard Terms of Service and are subject to the laws of Georgia, USA.
